Project ‘Annesley’ is a large home extension renovation of a 60’s brick bungalow style house in old Bowral; and it’s all starting to come together. The design has been finalised by Sembrano Design and submitted for approval, site works, and foundation preparations continue. It’s been great having all this dry weather to prepare the site for commencement.  Behind the scenes the interiors are being pulled together with the expert guidance of Jess Hunter Interiors, we hope to able to share some 3D renders with you soon.

Our team took a trip to the Sydney Build Expo, it’s been a few years since we could browse the 100’s of exhibitor stalls. These kinds of activities keep our team across the latest estimating and project management software; the newest innovative architectural building products and continue our strong networking.

Our People

We’re hiring a new 1st year apprentice if you know someone send them our way!

Weathertex Fusion Smooth Paneling

Weathertex panel is used to efficiently apply an architectural cladding to a homes exterior. Because it can be applied in sheets its quicker to install than traditional weatherboards.

We’re loving this new architectural panel by Weathertex called Fusion. The predictable inconsistency makes for a striking exterior.

Some Easy Reading

Life Size Plans

If you’re looking at building a new home one of the first things potential buyers do is visit display homes to get a greater appreciation for the functionality of the space. But what do you do when your home is custom and you can’t step through something similar? Project your plans on a 1:1 life size scale and walk through them in real time. Now that’s pretty cool!

We think Life Size Plans is such an innovative use of technology, too great not to share with anyone looking to build a custom home.

The end of La Nina is declared

The Bureau of Meteorology has declared the end of La Nina  and that’s good news for the building industry! We should see reduced delays from wet weather and poor site access, we’re all playing a little catch-up now. The future outlook isn’t all clear skies though, we are still on a La Nina watch and act with models forecasting its potential return in late spring.

What do you want to know?, we want to hear from you.
