A Master Builder is a member of the National or relevant State Master Builders Association. This organisation represents builders who complete work to the highest quality, are appropriately licensed and comply with relevant laws, legislation, and codes. With more than 8000 members state-wide, the Master Builders Association is the peak organisation for the building and construction industry.
A master builder will need to demonstrate they have the workmanship, qualifications and experience to be a member of the association. Their portfolio of work must comply with all up to date building codes, laws and regulations and demonstrate expertise in their field. The Builder must actively work to continuously improve their skills through, be honest with clients and act with integrity.
